Learn how to stay aware, stay safe, and protect yourself in any situation!

In this session, we’ll develop your situational awareness skills, teach you how to handle aggressive encounters, and practice basic self-defense moves. You’ll also have the chance to learn from a guest instructor and participate in a real-life Urban Survival Challenge to test your skills.
