DESCRIPTION:Designed to foster the development of leadership skills, this training gives girls a strong foundation for working with younger Girl Scouts. Participants will explore the Girl Scout program, learn about the developmental characteristics of younger girls, and understand the role and responsibilities of a Program Aide. Girls will also practice selecting, planning, and leading age-appropriate activities while using problem-solving strategies. \n  \n  \n  \n Please bring a sack lunch. \n
