Wi Wo Ca Day Camp is sailing the ocean blue! We'll explore sailor skills in the outdoors. We will have 5 fun filled days in the great outdoors. Experience crafts, games, hikes, nature, outdoor cooking and more. Open to girls in 2nd grade and up. If you're going into 4th grade, stay Thursday night as we guide our ship using the night sky. 

*Camp is outdoors with dirt trails, hills, bugs, etc.

  • Every Unit at camp MUST have 2 full-time (all 5 days, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) adult volunteers. If we are short full time adults, we will be forced to turn many girls away.
  • Wi-Wo-Ca Day Camp is a 5 day program. Do not register your daughter for camp if you know she will not be able to attend all 5 days. If you do, she may be excluded from future sessions.
  • Girls must register individually: no troop or group registrations will be accepted. Troops will NOT be placed exclusively together

Fee of $150 Per Camper, this includes a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee.  Fee includes a T-shirt, hat, unit picture, patch, beads, crafts, snacks and most of the meals. An additional $25.00 is due if your daughter is not a currently registered Girl Scout for the 2022-23 membership year.

Note 9th grade Senior and Ambassador Scouts who qualify to work as program aides pay only $75, which includes a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee.  Program Aides must complete the Program Aide Form in addition to the camp registration. Submission of registration and application does not guarantee placement as a Program Aide. Must have completed or will complete Council Cadette Program Aide Training prior to camp.

PLEASE consider volunteering to work at camp as a full-time unit leader or assistant leader. Remember full-time adult leaders are guaranteed a space for their daughter(s), and their daughter(s) attend for $75! Full fee for the camper of $150.00 is due at registration: $75.00 refund will be processed after camp is concluded and full-time attendance is confirmed. Cancellation Policy
All participants in Girl Scout programs, events, and activities shall adhere to the specific refund policy as defined on the registration/information materials for the specific activities and events. (e.g. council approved flyers, web information posted on the council's official web site or distributed in official council e-mails, council approved day and resident camp brochures etc). Unless otherwise stated the refund policy is: If a mandatory deposit is required it is non-refundable regardless of reason. Activities costing over $15 will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee; activities costing $15 or less are non-refundable. Written notification of cancellation must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to the activity to be considered for a refund. In case of emergency cancellation, a written note must be received within ten (10) days of the activity's statement must be provided to be considered for full or partial refund. If a participant leaves an activity early due to homesickness, unacceptable behavior, or parental request, no refund will be made. If a participant must leave early due to illness or injury, request for prorated refund must be made in writing within ten (10) days of the activity's conclusion to be considered. A full refund including deposit will be made if the activity is cancelled by council. A full refund including deposit will be made if the participant cannot be placed or does not meet the event guidelines. No-shows are non-refundable. Membership registration fees are non-refundable.
