Summer Camp is for all school age girls. Girls entering 2nd grade and above can attend on their own.
Camp Azalea Trails is a treasure trove of everything a girl wants. Spend your days with your new and old friends having fun shooting archery, fencing, hiking, arts and crafts, outdoor cooking and transversing the ropes course. Depending on which program you choose other fun activities will be added or you can help by suggesting some of your own:
Attend The Enchanted Shire to help rebuild the enchanted shire at camp - a time of unicorns, fairies, elves and enlightenment, but also great battles, saving friends or yourself and more.
Come to the Ahoy Matey to travel back in time and find yourself landing amongst the 18th century pirate gathering where they are looking for a crew! Swabbing decks, hook toss, cannonball water balloons and more. Will your side win the pirate games?
Fantastic Beasts -Our highest peaks of Camp Azaela Trails is the summer location for The American Wizardry School. Join us as we learn about Fantastic Beasts in this magical session. Fledgeling wizards will make their own baby dragon eggs, build Dragons from enchanted ropes, search for unicorns, make their own instruments to call for magical beasts, and create their own wise old owl. Those are just a few of the activities on this magical journey!
The first step in registration is to choose the cabin your camper will be sleeping in; please choose a cabin based on grade your camper will be in next year. After selecting your sleeping area there will be forms to complete to tell us which camp your camper will attend, as well as other information about your camper including a way to pay using cookie card(s) and a way to order a care package.
Cost includes all camp programming, meals & snacks, a patch, a T-shirt, and bus transportation from our Redlands Office (1751 Plum Lane).
Please note: Adult Volunteers* are welcome. We have a certain amount of space in each session of camp for volunteers. If you are interested email camp@gssgc.org to start the application and screening process. Please note in-person training is required.
